ヘソラボ
ヘソラボは、大分県竹田市の山奥にある小さなものづくり工房です。３Dプリンターやレーザーカッターなど、新たな製造技術を用い、オリジナルプロダクトの製造・販売を行なっております。工房の名前の由来は、竹田市が九州のヘソと呼ばれることから、ヘソ＋ラボラトリー（実験室）でヘソラボと名付けました。
Hesorabo is a small manufacturing workshop located in the mountains of Taketa City, Oita Prefecture. We manufacture and sell original products using new manufacturing technologies such as 3D printers and laser cutters. The origin of the name of the workshop is that Taketa City is called Hesorabo in Kyushu, so we named it Hesorabo in Hesor + Laboratory (laboratory).
自分たちの生活を自分たちでつくる
3Dプリンターを始め、様々なデジタル工作機械を使いものづくりをする傍ら、これらの工作機械をレンタルできる体験型の工房としても運営をしております。ものづくりを通して人が集まることにより、アイデアを共有できる、ものづくりがつなぐ地域コミュニティーの場を目指しています。
While making things using various digital machine tools such as 3D printers, we also operate as an experience-based workshop where you can rent these machine tools. We aim to be a place for local communities where manufacturing can be connected so that people can share ideas through manufacturing.
地産地消でローカルなプロダクトデザイン
私たちは、この地固有の自然物の加工にはじまり、現象の背後に流れる法則や、人との交流や環境から生まれた発見をデザインのソースにし、日々、丁寧に製品を作っています。自然の持つ美しさや、一つ一つ異なる風合い、デジタル技術ならではの表現や造形をお楽しみいただけましたら幸いです。
We carefully manufacture products every day, starting with the processing of natural objects unique to this region, and using the laws behind the phenomenon, interactions with people, and discoveries born from the environment as the source of design. We hope that you will enjoy the beauty of nature, the different textures of each one, and the expression and modeling unique to digital technology.
